When was the last time you thought about how and when you breathe? Biologically speaking, breathing is a rhythmic, involuntary process regulated by the body. Most people breathe on auto-pilot, totally unaware and yet breath is vital to every cell and system in our bodies.

It is a powerful gateway to well-being. Many people live stressful lives and that stress is reflected in shallow, tense, quick breathing, which deprives the body of oxygen, and contributes to fatigue, anxiety, weakened immunity, mental sluggishness, premature aging, and other unnecessary health issues.

By breathing more consciously and deeply, you can have a positive impact on your state of mind, emotions, physical, body, spiritual well-being and your overall health. It's also a simple gateway to mindfulness or meditation practice.

Dynamic Breath sessions are held in a quiet and relaxing room. In your introductory session, after a few preliminary questions, you will learn and experience how breath work can improve your well-being. We may incorporate some yoga movements to open the body. You will be asked what you would most like to gain from the session, be it improve your respiratory system, for more energy, letting go of unwanted emotions, enhance focus and concentration or learn a new way of how to feel deeply relaxed.
